This is the BEST eMail I've gotten in years!

Hi honey,
I noticed things were changing by the looks of Alex's website, and I have been thinking about you a lot recently. I was wondering how you were feeling about everything, and how you were doing. Now I just read your blogs and see that you've got a lot going on in your mind recently. And where the hell did you get so sunburned? :-)
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you to keep your chin up. I know that sounds corny, but you are such an AMAZING person that there is no way that love won't find you sooner or later. Trust me, I know how it feels to wonder if it will ever happen to you. And I know it's no comfort, but I love you so much and am so grateful that you came into my life and have stayed in it for so long. You are truly one of the funniest, smartest, best people I have ever met in my life. I know it is hard for us to stay in touch sometimes, but please know that you are on my mind very often. We will still be friends when we are 80 and neither one of us has any teeth left in our heads, and we are sitting on the porch in rocking chairs screaming obscenities at the people walking by. (You know that'll be fun). :-)
Ok, I will stop with the cornyness now. I hope you get through everything ok, and soon.

Just as I had suspected. Ernesto had nothing to offer us here in Charleston. He was too chicken to even make land fall. He was nothing but annoying. Annoying fine rain, you know the kind that you just can't find a good wiper setting for, and pathetic winds. Which I would equate to someone gently blowing in my ear. Oh well...

Omar is right!

I apologize to all Latinos and Latinas out there. See I didn't mean to offend. I assumed that Hurrican Ernesto was Cuban because he stopped there first. Assuming it was because he wanted to visit with family and what not. But Omar did point out that Ernesto could infact be Puerto Rican. Crazy you say?? Well it's possible! I think we will have to delve further into Ernesto's history to find out his origin. More on that to come...

In the mean time just a word to everyone WATCH OUT Hurrican Omar is on the list for 2008. And we know that's gonna be one crazy Latino storm especially if he's been drinking!!!
